History of TCPinpoint
Kidwell Coordination, specialising in Tenancy Coordination, was founded by Rachel Kidwell. Over the next 7 years hundreds of tenancies were coordinated across millions of dollars worth of development crystallizing the tenancy coordination process and enabling Rachel to develop a true understanding of retail Landlord pains and problems in the process of tenancy delivery.
TCPinpoint was founded by Rachel Kidwell. Providing software as a service to retail and commercial Landlords and property managers to eliminate friction experienced in tenancy delivery.
TCPinpoint won the $50,000 Venture Catalyst grant from the University of South Australia and State Government
TCPinpoint was accepted in to the inaugural SouthStart Accelerate program for tech companies. www.southstart.co

TCPinpoint is engaged by Ashe Morgan as our foundation partner to deliver the $150million redevelopment of Harbour Town Melbourne. Now re-branded as The District Docklands, across the course of 12 months TCPinpoint issues 40,000 notifications, collates 4,000 documents and manages 3,500 tasks across 100 projects.
Rachel was accepted into the esteemed Springboard tech accelerator program. The Springboard Enterprises Australia Accelerator provides women-led companies access to a suite of relevant experts and resources to assist them in building scalable, sustainable businesses.
