TCPinpoint imagines a world where property people collaborate, support and empathise with each other, to keep themselves focused and pro-active in their work and lives.
Our first product is a web-based collaboration and process management tool and helps people in the property industry stay connected and open retail stores in shopping centres.
This is an exciting time in TCPinpoint’s history. We have a profitable MVP and are now focusing on improving the user experience, expanding our feature set, and nailing the product-market fit.
We believe excellent products are not only powerfully functional but also smartly and beautifully designed. As such, TCPinpoint is on the lookout for mid-level experienced Product Designer to join our team.

What a day looks like in the role
The Product Designer will be responsible for:
- Using our existing design system to shape TCPinpoint products, owning the entire design process from large projects to small fixes
- Growing our design system
- Talking directly to customers to learn about their unique pain-points and individual goals
- Collaborating with engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality features
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years experience
- Generalist designer who can work at multiple levels of fidelity
- Comfortable running user research sessions and usability studies
- Experience working in a small startup
- Experience using Modern Design Software (we use Figma and Zeplin)
- Experience with Agile Scrum environments
- Experience with Atlassian products (we use Jira and Confluence)
Nice to have
- Product and project management experience
- Experience in workflow and/or task management software
- Understanding of the property industry
