Local jobs will be supported by Leyton Property’s decision to use TCPinpoint, a cloud-based tenancy delivery platform, to bring the $20 million Springwood Place development to life.

ADELAIDE, SOUTH AUSTRALIA, 24 MAY 2021 – Adelaide-based scaleup company TCPinpoint has been selected for use by local developers Leyton Property to bring their exciting new $20 million Springwood Place development to life.

Springwood Place, a neighbourhood shopping centre in Gawler East, will feature a Drakes Supermarket and up to 15 specialty stores. Development will commence in mid-2021.
Leyton Property’s move to engage locally-based scaleup TCPinpoint speaks to the strength of South Australia’s innovation and technology sector, and will support local jobs. TCPinpoint will provide their cloud-based tenancy delivery platform, a product designed to deliver tenancies more efficiently, while increasing transparency and reducing risk associated with the process.

“We’re pleased to be working with a local developer, on a local neighbourhood centre. On the back of 2020, local conveniences are highly sought-after,” said Rachel Kidwell, Founder of TCPinpoint.

“The Leyton Property team have been onboarded to the technology in less than a month, which is a testament to both their engagement, as well as our focus on getting project teams up and running as soon as possible. This complements how our existing customers utilise the technology on operational centres, it’s great to see TCPinpoint’s application on yet another South Australian based development.”

In another signal of Leyton Property’s confidence in the scaleup, the company will use sister product TC Inspect, which captures inspections throughout the lifecycle of tenancy delivery projects, which can easily be shared across project team members.

Leyton Property, who have a strong track record of delivering innovative property solutions, believe TCPinpoint will help to bring calm to what can be a complex development landscape.
“The Springwood Place development is going to transform Gawler East, bringing much-needed conveniences to the area, and creating a range of local jobs in the process. We’re proud to be a part of this project,” said Hamish Brown, Managing Director of Leyton Property.

“Using technology from TCPinpoint will really help bring this development to life. The tenancy delivery process can be messy, but their apps have already made our team more cohesive, enabling transparency and one version of the truth with a swift and efficient implementation. By applying this type of technology we’re de-risking what can be a complex process. We’ve seen TCPinpoint work with big inter-state property owners and we’re pleased to now be in a position to apply the technology to another South Australian project.”

Springwood Place is expected for completion in 2022.
