TCPinpoint is engaged to manage the tenancy delivery across the Adelaide Airport Terminal Expansion project (TEx) using our tenancy delivery platform. Stage 1 of the project opened on 26 February 2020 with six specialty retailers opening for trade including 5 food and beverage and one pharmacy. Our retail tenancy delivery platform was used to enable one version of the truth across multiple stakeholders with a key focus on transparency.
Stakeholders engaging with the platform included Tenants, Tenant Designers, Shopfitters, Leasing Administrators, Retail Design Managers, Project Managers and Service consultants.
John Pearce, Head of Retail and Commercial at Adelaide Airport saw the value in TCPinpoint as it enabled them to understand where the blockages occurred through the process. This then lead to strategies being put in place to mitigate these risks for future tenancy delivery.
