Our Founder, Rachel Kidwell, recently wrapped up an intensive masterclass on digital transformation held in Dubai. This exclusive masterclass was specifically tailored for retail professionals who are keen on spearheading the redesign and implementation of digital transformation initiatives within their respective companies.
The event was organized in partnership with The Middle East Council of Shopping Centres & Retailers (MECS+R), the Gregory Vogt School for Retail Professionals 2023 and facilitated by Sidharth (Sid) Mehta, the Regional Director MENA & India for the Department for Trade and Investment.
The discussions on digital transformation were filled with curiosity, with a focus on the power of curiosity and consistency in driving momentum for retail companies’ efforts in redesigning and delivering digital transformation. Participants were encouraged to embrace curiosity and consistency within their organizations to contribute to the estimated 4.5 million square meters of retail space expected to be developed in the GCC region by 2026.
During the masterclass, our Founder, Rachel, shared several key themes she has discovered throughout her two-decade-long experience in managing retail tenancies and spearheading cutting-edge technology solutions for the retail industry.
