ADELAIDE, SOUTH AUSTRALIA, 19 OCTOBER 2020 – Adelaide-based tech company TCPinpoint has today announced its new partnership with retail lease data and management provider LeaseInfo®.
The partnership will lead to the creation of Australia’s first end-to-end digitisation model for the lease to open process. TCPinpoint provides the property industry with a cloud based collaboration and management tool, while LeaseInfo® offers market insights to help people manage their lease portfolio through data, analytics, lease management systems and consultancy services.
“The value I see the partnership as providing to the industry reflects our vision for the future of work,” said TCPinpoint Founder and CEO Rachel Kidwell. “Given the fundamental shifts in market behaviour, those companies pursuing innovation-led strategies for recovery will outperform those pursuing strategies centred on structural efficiencies. We see our partnership with LeaseInfo® as a fundamental step towards innovation in digitising the manual processes that are still in place today.”
TCPinpoint and LeaseInfo® complement each other by simplifying processes and reducing costs in the tenancy delivery process. For instance, TCPinpoint provides teams with anywhere and anytime access to the most important project documents and tasks, while LeaseInfo®’s newest software platform Accurait® uses artificial intelligence to process and extract key information from leases and invoices to eliminate the possibility of human error.
Simon Fonteyn, Managing Director of LeaseInfo® added, “TCPinpoint has proven themselves as a powerful tool to help parts of the industry we could not cover previously. With their partnership and expertise we hope to continue and expand the support we provide to the wider community and create a streamlined process from lease negotiation to fitout to opening day.”
Both companies already have an enviable list of clients between them, including Banna Property Group, Adelaide Airport and Fort Street Capital (TCPinpoint); and Mister Minit, Subway and Bakers Delight (LeaseInfo®). This newly-announced PropTech collaboration is sure to draw further interest from the industry, as they work together to mitigate the risk of cost and program overruns in the delivery of tenancies.
